Step 2 - Receive trip confirmation, submit final payment, and book travel
Your trip coordinator will confirm your trip departure date, the final trip cost, arrival airport, and instructions on how to submit final payment and how to book your travel (flight and hotel).
FLIGHTS
Advertised trip costs do not include flights - the flight cost will be in addition to the price listed on the trip detail page.
Once prompted to proceed with your flights, contact Katie Holisky at kholisky@freewheelchairmission.org.
HOTELS
Advertised trip costs do include all hotel costs. Free Wheelchair Mission has pre-selected your hotel, and all trip participants are required to stay in the provided hotel for the duration of your mission trip.
For the entire portion of the Free Wheelchair Mission part of the trip, your hotel will be booked through Katie Holisky (kholisky@freewheelchairmission.org).
Your hotel/in-country expenses will be charged separately from your flight. You will be contacted by the trip coordinator to authorize these charges.
