Workplace giving is an easy and efficient way to make tax-deductible donations to Free Wheelchair Mission through payroll contributions.

These programs offer employees the convenience of automatic payroll deductions without losing the tax benefits of charitable giving.

In addition, employers often match employee contributions, multiplying the impact of your gift.

To find out if your company has a matching gift policy, check with your company's human resources department.

Matching Gift Instructions

If your company does match gifts, follow your organization's set procedure. Free Wheelchair Mission will be happy to assist if you have any questions.

Some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.

More and more companies offer online Matching Gift processing, so no form is required – just let them know you donated to us, and they take care of the rest.

Some companies even offer donation via payroll deduction, so we receive your donation and their matching gift in one lump sum!

If you are required to fill out a matching gift form, you may fax your completed form to 949.453.0085, scan, and send to ap@freewheelchairmission.org, or mail your completed form to:
