Our goal during this x2 Gift Challenge is to transform the lives of thousands individuals with the gift of a wheelchair. This is an ambitious goal that we can only achieve with your prayers and support.

MEET ANNE
Anne, 25, lives in a small village in rural Rwanda. She lost mobility when she was six years old and would either crawl or use crutches to move short distances.
With no family or caregivers, Anne lives alone. Daily life could be challenging and lonely. Her friends and neighbors would often come by to help her with tasks like getting water from the well, washing clothes, and buying food at the marketplace.
Then, Anne received a new wheelchair from our distribution partner, Food for the Hungry Rwanda. Now, Anne can be more independent. She can now attend a free trade school to learn how to sew. Her goal is to earn a living as a tailor.
