Submit a response card at the Cocktails for a Cause event held at The Park Club on April 22, 2026, and you’ll be entered for a chance to win a custom-tailored Free Wheelchair Mission 25th Anniversary Jacket by b.spoke.

  2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Must submit a response card from the Cocktails for a Cause event, held at The Park Club, on April 22, 2026. Void where prohibited by law.
  3. How to Enter: To enter, complete and submit a response card with your contact information at the event. Limit one (1) entry per person.
  4. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted beginning at the start of the event on April 22, 2026, and will close at the conclusion of the event that same day.
  5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) custom-tailored Free Wheelchair Mission 25th Anniversary Jacket by b.spoke. Approximate retail value (ARV): $1,000.00. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be announced during the event program and must be present at the time of the drawing to claim the prize. Free Wheelchair Mission is not responsible for entries submitted by individuals who are not present at the time of the drawing. If the selected winner is not present or does not claim the prize when announced, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The winner will receive an order form to complete for the jacket.
  7. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  8. Publicity Release: By entering, participants agree to allow Free Wheelchair Mission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  9. General Conditions: Free Wheelchair Mission reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
  10. Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Free Wheelchair Mission and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or acceptance or use of the prize.
  11. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Free Wheelchair Mission’s privacy policy.
