Step 1 - Registration & Deposit
REGISTER FOR YOUR TRIP
The first step is to officially register for your mission trip. You will be able to select your specific mission trip on the regsitration form, and then will be asked asked to provide us with additional personal information required for booking.
Pay Trip Deposit
Next, after you have submitted your trip registration form, pay your $350 trip deposit by contacting FWM’s Protravel travel agent Cassie Gartner at 310-691-7423 or firstname.lastname@example.org. (There is no online payment option for submitting your deposit or final payment.)
Trip deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your overall trip. In the event that a minimum of 8 team members is not met or FWM needs to cancel for other reasons, the trip will be cancelled and your deposit will be refunded.
