Houston Girl Scouts Rally for Mobility
On April 16th, more than 50 Girl Scouts from seven different troops came to Summer Creek Baptist Church in Houston to hear about the global need for wheelchairs and learn ways they can make a difference in the world.
First Anniversary Giving the Gift of Mobility
Thanks to Right at Home’s franchisees, employees, parent company, and strategic partners, three containers of wheelchairs were shipped out over the past year, giving the gift of mobility to 1,650 people with disabilities in developing nations. Read more about this exciting partnership here.

Ambassadors Take the Lead
In Kentucky: Congratulations and gratitude to Team HOT Wheels for running the 43rd Annual Kentucky Derby Half-Marathon on April 28th. Formed by Hands On Therapy (HOT) out of an overflow of their heart for helping individuals gain success and independence, Team HOT Wheels has raised over $20,000 for Free Wheelchair Mission since 2012.
In Missouri: Thank you, Jennifer and Jim Biggs of St. Peters, for hosting your eighth annual trivia night on April 21st and raising enough funds to provide 88 people with wheelchairs this year. What an incredible achievement!

A Fearless Gift from Mariners Church
Thanks to the fearless generosity of Mariners Church in Irvine, CA, 344 people in developing nations will soon receive the gift of a wheelchair–and with it, a renewed dignity, freedom, independence, and hope.

Giving the Gift of Mobility in Jamaica
A vision team distributed wheelchairs in Jamaica, where they gave the gift of mobility to people including Keziah (seated, center), a doting mother who lost mobility after a serious back injury.
