Keith Herr

Keith joined Free Wheelchair Mission in 2021, bringing more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and product development for organizations around the globe, including GM, Ford, Magna International, Wacker Neuson, and Sullair. As the director of manufacturing, Keith is responsible for strategic planning, research and development, and all aspects of the innovative manufacturing side of Free Wheelchair Mission’s work to distribute wheelchairs worldwide.

Keith graduated from Penn State with a degree in mechanical engineering and later earned master’s degrees in both business administration and industrial engineering from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, Keith is an avid movie buff and all-around sports fan, especially with college and pro football, and loves to travel. He and his wife, Melody, live in the greater Milwaukee area and are active in their local church. They have three adult children.
