With many of us doing more shopping online these days, one easy way to support Free Wheelchair Mission is by shopping through AmazonSmile.

When you shop at AmazonSmile, you’ll find the same prices, selection, and convenience as you would shopping at amazon.com, and AmazonSmile will donate 0.5% of your eligible purchases to Free Wheelchair Mission if you select us as your charity to support — all at no cost to you!

How to Use AmazonSmile

Go to smile.amazon.com on your web browser and select Free Wheelchair Mission as your charity.

Then, whenever you shop on Amazon, remember to go to smile.amazon.com instead of amazon.com. (Bookmark it for easy access, or install this free extension for your Chrome browser.)

You’ll use your existing Amazon account — same login, payment and shipping information, wish lists, Prime, and other account settings.

Tens of millions of items are eligible for donations and will be noted as “Eligible for Amazon.Smile donation” on their product pages, as shown below.

Activating AmazonSmile on your Amazon app

Once you’ve set up your account on smile.amazon.com, you can shop for eligible items on your computer as well as on the Amazon app on an Android or Apple device.

To activate AmazonSmile on your mobile app:

  • Go to “settings”
  • Find AmazonSmile and turn it on

The top of your mobile screen will then display the AmazonSmile logo and your charity will be featured, as in the image below.

Then, shop as you normally would and add items to your cart.

Once you’ve checked out and made a purchase, you’ll see an AmazonSmile donation confirmation like the one below.
