Don visited the Georgia Institute of Technology and spent time with Professor Stephen Sprigle, PhD, PT of Bioengineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering to discuss innovations in mobility solutions.
One Mile for Mobility Walk
Essendant, Chicago; September 21st
Nearly 70 associates of Essendant took part in the 7th annual One Mile for Mobility walk, raising funds to give wheelchairs to dozens of people with disabilities in developing nations.

Book Signing
Irvine, California; September 27th
FWM ambassador and author, Lynn Miller, signed copies of her book, Dry Bones Dance Again, a moving, humorous memoir of hope and courageous faith. FWM is mentioned in the book, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to give others mobility.
Missions Night

As part of their annual Missions Dinner, Carlsbad Community Church hosted Don for a Q&A following a screening of the documentary, Because No One Should Have to Crawl.
