Thanks to your generosity, 10 containers of wheelchairs arrived in Nicaragua, Brazil, Paraguay, Kenya, Burundi, Pakistan, and China during the month of January.
Sailing for Mobility

FWM Ambassador Tim LaPage (right) and his team completed a 22-day voyage from Cape Town, South Africa to Perth, Australia for one leg of the Clipper ’Round the World yacht race. His goal is to raise funds for a container of wheelchairs, and he’s more than halfway there! Read more of his story on his fundraising page.

In addition to holding a remote training for a distribution partner in the Middle East, our programs team sent our medical programs coordinator to visit Brother’s Brother Foundation, a medical surplus recovery organization, for our “Mobility Beyond Wheelchairs” program.
