The x2 Gift Challenge

Every fall Free Wheelchair Mission holds the x2 Gift Challenge. During October, churches and other supporters participate by raising funds which are matched by an anonymous group of very generous supporters.

The x2 Gift Challenge doubles the amount of wheelchairs delivered and therefore doubles the impact of each gift. Some churches pledge a gift prior to the start of the challenge and call on their community to match the pledged amount. Other churches use the challenge as an opportunity to spread the message of mobility to their congregation and request their support.
