"At Irvine Presbyterian Church’s Alternative Christmas Bazaar, we were looking for ways in which we could serve others in the name of Jesus around the world. FWM’s gift of mobility to those in need was a perfect way to do this. Many in our congregation were moved to help others by giving 'gifts' to friends and family in their honor to FWM. Over $4,000 was raised at this one event and we look forward to having FWM being a part of our annual Alternative Christmas Bazaar in the years to come.”

"Each time a new FWM donation comes in I feel the thrill of knowing I played a part in helping lift someone off the ground and in changing a life--actually many lives--forever. As an advocate for FWM I have met many wonderful people, and I feel blessed to be able to spread the word of this important, vibrant mission."

"For me, partnering with FWM is an opportunity to be involved with a faith-based organization on a world-wide scale. I have been given the blessing of sharing Jesus in a unique and impacting way while also getting a look at business and world relations in a 'hands-on' setting.
"I believe that many youth would like to be involved in helping people in need, some just don't know where to look. Being involved with FWM has had a huge impact on my life, and I've learned much more than I originally anticipated. I've learned many of my strengths and weaknesses, obtained a new outlook on the world, and gained a closer relationship with my Savior than ever before. Being involved in organizations like FWM has apositive impact on the lives of youth, which has been demonstrated in my own life."

"Free Wheelchair Mission is truly impacting this world for Jesus Christ. Students at our school have loved not only seeing the power of this ministry, but getting involved as well. What a tangible way to show God's love - by practically meeting the needs of people around the world. When recipients sit in their wheelchairs, they know that their lives are forever changed; they are indeed resting in God's hands."

"Our congregation is committed to helping individuals rise above whatever obstacles they face in order to experience their God-intended purpose across the street or around the world. The Free Wheelchair Mission provides us with a tangible means to carry out our calling in developing nations. By elevating those who have been forced to crawl on the ground and seating them in a place of dignity, we know we've made a difference. Such knowledge is the key to funding missions in the 21st century."
