We are thrilled with your passion and desire to assist people
in receiving wheelchairs.
The distribution effort is a big job and FWM puts
a lot of money on the line with each container. Therefore we work hard to
evaluate the potential distribution capability of each potential new partner.
We cannot promise you a container at this time, but are excited
to see if you might be willing and able to take a container in the future
and handle all of the responsibility to import, assemble, and distribute
our wheelchairs.
Our major requirements are:
- It is required that all of our distribution partners have previous experience in importing containers, or will be working with another organization that does.
- the wheelchairs are given at no cost to the poorest
of the poor, without discrimination
- the recipients must not already have a wheelchair
- the recipients must need a wheelchair for mobility
Facts to Consider:
- Wheelchairs come in ocean/land container of 550.
- Wheelchairs cannot be delivered in the U.S.

A wheelchair cannot be given individually unless it is bought
and transported to a developing country (usually by an individual who is
traveling and would like to gift someone with a wheelchair).
If you meet these basic requirements, then we would like to
ask you to fill out our Application. This
will allow us to follow up with you about the possibility of sending
a container of chairs to you for the benefit of your country. If you would
