  • Jonathan's Training Tips
The Pacific Shoreline events are just around the corner. With about 2 ½ months left between now and the event those who are participating in the marathon should have laid the foundation of your training by now. If you are planning on doing the ½ marathon and you haven't really got going, you need to start right away. Half marathoner's long runs should be up to 8 miles by now with weekly totals of 20 miles minimum. If you haven't reached these miles yet, we can get you up to speed fast.

If you're planning on doing the 5K we can help you get ready for that too. Whether it's nutrition, training or fundraising advice the Run for Mobility Program has all the tools, so do not hesitate to call us with your questions. We are committed to your success.
Just call the toll free number (877) 764-4326 for advice.  JP
